To Order an Appraisal:
1) Enter your username and password in the dialog box on the left.
2) In the new dialog box on the left, select "Appraisal Requests." The screen
that appears will show you a list of all appraisal orders in process, all
appraisal orders that have been completed with us, and (if your management structure
requires manager approval of orders) all orders awaiting management approval.
3) To place an order, click the "Place Appraisal Order" button at the top of the screen.
4) Complete the order form and at the end of the page click the "Submit" button.
5) If your company's management structure allows you to submit an appraisal request
directly (i.e.. without Manager Approval), you will be set up as an Independent Account
Executive and your order will automatically be emailed directly to us.
In the case that your company's structure requires prior management approval,
you will be set up as a Loan Officer and your request will be emailed first to
your Manager for approval and thereafter emailed to our offices.
If orders are placed during normal business hours, you should receive an email
response acknowledging receipt of your request within minutes.
6) Through the website, you are automatically notified by email of any activity that takes place
with your order, ie: appointment scheduling, report progress, etc. This is referred to as an "Activity Report".
When the report is complete,
you will be notified by email and have immediate direct access to a PDF version of the file attached
to your email. For easy reference the website stores copies of all appraisals> in your very own personal
database. These reports can only be accessed by you and when applicable, by your manager.
